| In addition to analyzing samples from our diverse clientele, the staff at Weld Labs is involved in many research projects. From developing and patenting a method for determining starch gelatinization to developing GC/MS methods for quantifying organic solvents, we are constantly trying to meet our clients' needs.
Currently, the staff at Weld Labs is researching the effect fines have on the gelatinization and digestibility of flaked grains. We are also looking at how moisture affects RFV and NDF determinations by NIR.
